Norwegien Seaweed Association

Norwegian Seaweed Association (NSA) is a network organization for the Norwegian seaweed industry. Most current producers who are harvesting seaweed by hand are members of the NSA. Most current producers who are farming seaweed on rope cultures are members of the NSA. A number of companies who are planning production of seaweed in Norway are members of the NSA. The NSA will do marketing of Norwegian seaweed as a generic product, and will leave sales of specific products to its member organizations. At the current state 100 % of all seaweed produced among NSA members is certified organic.
